Jennifer Fogler, LMHC works with individuals and families to help them explore and develop their personal and social goals. She works to foster an environment of unconditional positive regard to create a safe and non-judgmental zone. Jennifer brings with her experience in mental health counseling, working with special needs populations, behavioral interventions, and education. Jennifer completed her Masters of Mental Health Counseling at the State University at New Paltz and her Master of Teaching at St. Thomas Aquinas.
Jennifer’s primary specialties include depression, anxiety, ADHD, developmental disabilities, parenting special needs children, family issues, stress management, behavior issues, and working with LGTBQ+ individuals and their families. She applies an eclectic approach combining Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Brief Solution Focused Therapy, Behavior Modification Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care.
In addition to her private work, Jennifer is a Behavior Clinician working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, as well as their families and staff, to help manage behaviors, identify triggers, and understand individual, family, and societal expectations.
